JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Coordinate with the Project Managers to ensure they complete their project plans in the system
• Follow up with the project managers to ensure they complete the performance reporting on monthly basis
• Support the project managers in summarizing the key challenges and propose recommendations
• Prepare Executive summary reports with highlights on the late projects on monthly basis
• Participate in the development of the Project Management Systems including the Polices, procedures and manuals and forms
• Participate in the development of the dashboards and KPIs for the PMO function
REQUIREMENTS
Gender: Male or Female
Nationality: Any Nationality
Contract Duration: 1 Year subject to extension
Working Days/Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Work Location: DPM Office
Qualification: should be an Arabic speaker with 7 years of experience.
Salary (please mentioned the amount): Negotiable
