Project Manager to Handle Operations of YouTube Channel
Objectives:
The candidate will be managing an online team that is creating the content for the 1.8 Million subscriber YouTube channel. Overseeing & making sure production is running smoothly. The candidate will be working for a small but fast-paced company with quick growth potential.
Main responsibilities:
The candidate will be checking each stage of the process. Making sure the team is hitting targets. Will be implementing systems that are already set out. Using systems like Trello to organize the process. Full training will be given.
The salary is depending on the experience of the person. Will be paying more for an experienced person.
Subordinates: Video editors, scriptwriters, voiceovers, researchers
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: 01/10/2021
Probation: 8 weeks
Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday 9 AM-6 PM
REQUIREMENTS
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Someone who is a hard worker. Good eye for detail. Leadership qualities. Computer skills such as Microsoft office. Punctual. Bonus if the candidate has content writing experience.
