JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Opportunity with leading development company who are expanding and establishing a design studio in Dubai and are interested in speaking to experienced Project Managers to help deliver and organise projects in a realistic timescale and budget.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Architecture/Engineering background
- 10 years+ experience in project management
- Experience in managing projects from design phases, leading project teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the project delivery with the highest standards.
- Prior project portfolio background in hospitality, residential and mixed use developments with Middle East experience working with major UAE developers.
- You will have strong communication, bidding and negotiation skills with the ability to think on your feet, work as a team player and able to resolve any issues in a good manor.
