We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client a leading Construction Consultancy operating in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a critical construction project in Al Ain.

The Project Manager will be a key player in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a project from start to finish in Al Ain, ensuring that they are completed within the established timeframes and budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met and that construction activities are carried out according to design specifications
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks and hazards on construction sites
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other legal and regulatory requirements, and ensure that all records are accurately maintained and updated
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently towards project goals
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations, and effectively communicate project updates and progress to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a project, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope

Salary:
AED 28,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
