We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential interior design projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the interior design and construction industry, with the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple luxury interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and reports to senior management and clients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices within the interior design and construction industry.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging professional development and continuous improvement among team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the interior design and construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
