JOB PURPOSE

Lead the commercial support role to contribute to the development of the commercial strategy, customer engagement plans, business development, business planning, bid proposals, contract negotiations, and customer services across all business lines of the Onshore Logistics businesses including ports, warehousing, transportation, and logistics.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Commercial Planning and Growth
- Conduct periodic reviews of the Onshore Logistics business, highlighting growth opportunities, areas for strategic focus and new business development.
- Interface with key departments (Finance, Strategy...) to enable progress of Onshore Logistics growth projects and business cases (Commercial Committee, IPC/IC cases)
- Prepare annual commercial plans, revenue forecasting and budgeting.
- Accountable for the Monthly Management reporting across all business activities

Key Customer & Partner Engagement
- Responsible for building greater awareness of Onshore Logistics offerings across ADNOC Group companies, directorates, and departments.
- Support the "Vice President, Onshore Logistics" with the key account management and strategic partner engagement.

Bid Proposal & Contract Negotiations
- Support all business lines with bid proposals, tender submissions, and evaluations by providing the necessary pricing guidelines and business overview in keeping with the Onshore Logistics business plans.
- Ensure all business lines are maximizing the value of current contracts and provide the necessary commercial leadership to sustain revenues through longer term renewals or extensions.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, or Finance.
- MBA is an advantage
- 20 years' overall experience with at least 10 years in senior and professional roles in similar field.
