Position Title: Project Manager - Residential

Salary: up to 28K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A rapidly growing group of companies based in Dubai and Kazakhstan, building a strong reputation in real estate with a focus on mid to high-rise residential projects.
Job Description:
• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget.
• Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.
• Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execu
tion.
Requirements:
• Open to Jordanian and Turkish nationalities only. Male, 30 to 40 years old• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or a related field; UAE experience preferred.
• Proven 3 years’ experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects. Demonstrates full-cycle project management expertise including layout & floor planning, pre-construction, project planning, design management, and financial oversight alongside strong on-site management, procurement and supplier coordination, site reporting and documentation, quality control, labor supervision, and knowledge of permit and authority approval procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills; ability to think critically and independently.
Salary:
AED
22,000 to 28,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
