Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic project manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), excellent data analysis and reporting skills, and the ability to manage technical integrations and cloud-based initiatives. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to ensure project success—from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software development and integration projects through the full project lifecycle (SDLC).
• Drive project execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Lead data analysis and reporting efforts to track KPIs, project health, and ROI.
• Understand and manage API integrations, system interoperability, and third-party platform connections.
• Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to align project goals with business intelligence outcomes.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential impact on project outcomes.
• Manage cloud-based project implementations and coordinate with cloud engineering teams when needed.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Facilitate effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster team alignment, motivation, and high performance through strong leadership and collaboration.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology, software, or data projects.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong background in data analysis, project reporting, and business performance tracking.
• Familiarity with API structures and systems integration concepts.
• Experience working with business intelligence (BI) tools and teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience in change management and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities.
• High degree of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master).
• Experience in a technical or software engineering background.
• Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
