JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of AI/ML projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and delivering high-quality results efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Lead project planning sessions, creating detailed project plans that include timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
- Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and adjustments.
- Identify risks and potential roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and improve future project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience managing projects in AI/ML or related technologies, with a strong portfolio of successful project delivery.
- Excellent understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms, with the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaborative problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
