JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Project Manager and Administration Specialist, you will combine your project management expertise with exceptional organisational skills, providing crucial support to the c-suite and their teams to successfully deliver projects on time and in budget

Description

* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including closely monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks to guarantee successful outcomes
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, allocate resources and proactively manage project risks
* Bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, fostering clear communication and aligning project goals with company objectives
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and technical teams with scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organising project documentation
* Take the lead in coordinating logistics for tech-related events, workshops, travel arrangements and training sessions

REQUIREMENTS

* 3-5 years professional experience within an international consulting firm
* Proven experience in project management, ideally within financial services and/or technology sectors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
