Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Ensure the quality of store construction projects including controlling timing commitments, cost and quality of new store construction and new store renovation
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the store construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and various other vendors related to constructing or renovating stores
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Review and approve proposed project timeline for construction for winning contractor
• Monitors performance of all projects for timely completion of construction

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in leading large scale, commercial architectural design and construction projects
• Should have QSR experience
