JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and resources needed, and developing a timeline for completion.
2. Budgeting: Develop and manage the project budget, including identifying project costs, preparing cost estimates, and tracking expenses.
3. Scheduling: Develop and manage the project schedule, including creating timelines, setting deadlines, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
4. Personnel Management: Manage the project team, including hiring and supervising subcontractors, ensuring that they are trained and performing their duties properly.
5. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to different tasks, including labor, equipment, and materials.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
7. Quality Control: Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards and that work is completed to the satisfaction of the client.
8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for a Project Manager position will possess a degree in Civil Engineering as well as several years of experience in construction management. They should also possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
