JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong construction background, Abu Dhabi project experience, and proven knowledge of KIZAD (KEZAD) specifications and approval processes to manage industrial and infrastructure projects from start to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end construction projects within KIZAD / industrial zones
• Ensure compliance with KIZAD, ADM, Civil Defense, Estidama, OSHAD & EHS
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Control project schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Handle authority approvals, NOCs, inspections, and handover documentation
• Lead site teams and ensure HSE compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / construction management• 8–12 years total construction experience
• 3–5 years Abu Dhabi project experience
• Mandatory experience with KIZAD (KEZAD) projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project / MS Office
• PMP certification preferred
