Project Manager Engineering

Position Summary:

NAMAT Development Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of real estate development projects from inception through to completion. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and final delivery, ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality, sustainability, and innovation standards. This role requires a keen understanding of the Dubai real estate market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Prject Planning and Management:
- Develp and versee cmprehensive prject plans, including timelines, budgets, and resurce allcatins.
- Ensure prjects are delivered n time and within scpe and budget while maintaining NAMAT’s standards f excellence.
- Identify and mitigate risks thrughut the prject lifecycle.

Stakehlder Crdinatin:
- Serve as the primary liaisn between clients, architects, cntractrs, and regulatry bdies.
- Facilitate regular prject meetings and ensure clear cmmunicatin amng all stakehlders.
- Manage client expectatins and maintain psitive relatinships thrughut the prject duratin.

Design and Cnstructin versight:
- Cllabrate with the design team t ensure prject designs align with client requirements and NAMAT’s strategic bjectives.
- Oversee the cnstructin prcess, including quality cntrl, safety cmpliance, and regulatry adherence.
- Ensure all cnstructin activities align with the apprved plans and specificatins.

Budget and Cst Management:
- Manage prject budgets, track expenditures, and apprve csts in line with NAMAT’s financial guidelines.
- Handle change rders efficiently t maintain financial cntrl.
- Prvide regular financial reprts t senir management and clients.

Reprting and Dcumentatin:
- Prepare and present detailed prject status reprts t senir management and clients.
- Maintain meticulus prject dcumentatin, ensuring all recrds are accurate and accessible.
- Ensure cmpliance with all regulatry and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
