Project Manager - UAE (Fitout)
Client is an interior fitout project management company based in Dubai is seeking a strong client facing project manager.
The company operates as a project management firm and doesn't have a joinery factory or labour force (minimal).
It currently has 10-15 live projects across the UAE with a focus on Hospitality and retail, although it's not limited to these sectors.
Project values range from AED 10m unto 60/70m
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years interior fitout experience
- 3-5 years Project management experience
- Very strong client facing skills
- Understanding of commercial and contracts
- Bachelor degree - Engineering or Architecture background
- Masters degree an advantage but not a necessity
