JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Project Manager-Mechanical is responsible in execution of reputed hotel project in managing Chilled Water System, Chillers (Water Cooled / Air Cooled) installation/Commissioning/Trouble Shooting, HVAC Ducting design and installation/ testing and commissioning, All Plumbing works including Water supply, Drainage,Fire Fighting works installation/testing / Commissioning and preparing shop drawings with drafting team for HVAC/Plumbing/Fire fighting etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a minimum of 10-15 years experience working with MEP Contractor in Hotel Projects Execution and Designing.
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, have knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical Services and have experience with MEP Contracts in UAE/Middle East. Worked in execution of reputed hotel project in managing Chilled Water System, Chillers (Water Cooled / Air Cooled) installation/Commissioning/ Trouble Shooting, HVAC Ducting design and installation/ testing and commissioning, All Plumbing works including Water supply, Drainage,Fire Fighting works installation/testing / Commissioning and preparing shop drawings with drafting team for HVAC/Plumbing/Fire fighting etc.
