JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Plan, execute, and oversee retail fitout projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays in the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage tendering processes and evaluate contractor/vendor proposals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail fit- outs in hospitality.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering fit- out projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior design principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
