JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Talent Management Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of strategic talent management initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate programs that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, talent development, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of talent management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Talent Development Programs: Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify and leverage best practices in talent management to enhance organizational performance.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, working closely with HR to ensure effective goal-setting, feedback, and development planning. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Succession Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning strategy to identify and nurture top talent within the organization. Work with leaders to create development plans for high-potential employees.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms. Implement strategies to improve workplace culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and talent management software.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
