JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Project Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A travel agency based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Determine and define project scope and objective through proper communication with cross functional teams
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner to identify areas for improvement and project workflow
• Prepare a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and ensure the documentation of each process, frameworks, and minutes of meetings as well as track project costs to meet the budget set
• Engage the stakeholders internal and external following the compliance process, documentation repository of the project and risk management
• Manage the complete documentation throughout the project and ensure the records for each iteration, stand up and retrospective activities
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 35 to 45 years old
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role and industry
• Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
