JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Project Based Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager

Salary Region of 32-40,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical

Successful candidates will have at least 2 MAJOR Towers from start to finish behind them (Full Program) for the Main Contractor. Alternatively a proper 5* Hotel Development in the UAE worth 700 Million AED + You must be based in the UAE and available for face to face interviews.

Scope :Mixed Use, High Rise 52 Storey
Program: 28 Months
Reporting into a South African – Project Director & British – Corporate QHSE Manager. Day to day you will be based less than 25 Minutes from Dubai Marina.

This project will be one of the most complex & exclusive 5* Hotels projects underway in the United Arab Emirates.

Day to day, week to week, monthly duties and management experience:

- You will be leading a Quality team of 8 Engineers
- Managing the process, training plans, procedures & client documentation
- Ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, and QMS requirements
- Work Inspection & Material Inspection process and issue non conformances
- Carry out Audits on Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
- Review and approval of method statements and inspection and test plans
- Maintenance and updating of the project Quality plan

Salary:
AED 32,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The following is essential for a successful application & interview request:

- Minimum of 7 Years Management experience or 2 Projects as the No1 QA/QC Project Lead
- Clear experience in Quality on site for a Tier 11 Main Contractor
- Degree Educated Civil Engineering from a reputable University
- Strong communication skills to manage your team, client , upstream and downstream
- Based in the UAE and available for face to face interview
- Must be able to start before 1st of April 2024
