JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project / Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. In this role, you will oversee interior fitout projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with client expectations and industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities related to interior fitout projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site, promoting a safe working environment.
- Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to maintain quality standards and progress benchmarks.
- Track project expenses and resource allocation to stay within budget.
- Report regularly on project status, challenges, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in interior fitout or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to work on-site across various locations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Salary:
AED
9,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
