JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Projects coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Project Manager, in the following:
• Projects related reports, updates and documents.
• Projects folders (organize and update).
• Day to day tasks (update all software, reports, follow up on schedule, coordinationbetween internal departments and suppliers)
• Respond to important emails properly, if needed.
• Understand & read layouts (Fitout, MEP)
• Complete site visit and report back. (If needed)
• Ability to meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must have:
• 1 to 2 years experience in Fitout and Project management (with a contractor, designer or fit-out company)
• CAD experience
• Project management software Knowledge (Microsoft Projects, Monday.com, etc.)
• Positive attitude, self Confidence, Enthusiasm
• Great Communication and administrative skills.
• Multi-lingual - Arabic is a plus
• Good grammar, written and spoken
• Can multi-task
• Good Work Ethics
• Active and fast leaner and Pro-active.
