JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our clients, a Boutique Real Estate Agency based in Dubai, are looking for looking to expand their team due to constant business growth! Our client can offer fantastic perks and the opportunity to earn up to 70% straight away!

This opportunity is like no other, as you will be trained by the Directors themselves, with full support to make sure you have every chance in becoming an outstanding Property Broker, working in the heart of Dubai and earning tax-free money!

So if you have a Sales background and looking to work in Real Estate, this may be the opportunity for you!

Main responsibilities:
• Calling applicants and potential vendors in your own patch to generate Market appraisals/Viewings.
• Arranging and Conducting Market appraisals/ Viewings
• Marketing properties
• Attending network events
• Building your own brand
• Negotiating Sales/Lets

Reporting to:
• Directors

Duration:
• Permanent Position

Desired start date:
• ASAP

Working Hours:
• 3 days working in the office, 2 days working remotely

Salary:
• 18,000 - 38,000 AED per month (£50,000 - £100,000 per annum)

Commission / Bonus:
• Market-leading commission of up to 70%!

REQUIREMENTS

Nature and length of previous experience:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales - ideally real estate / estate agency, but our clients are open to those looking to get into the property industry.

Skills and Personality traits:
• Strong proven track record in Sales
• Target driven
• Positive mindset
• Strong negotiating skills
• Dynamic and positive work ethic

Age Range:
• Minimum of 21 years of age

Language Fluency:
• English
