JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Assisting clients in a professional and ethical manner in finding them Primary (off-plan) properties.
- Active interaction with provided clients: negotiation, identification of client needs, and providing tailored options.
- Schedule meetings and project viewings with potential clients.
- Take notes on client requirements and follow up with them on a regular basis.
- Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and developers.
- Update records on the CRM system regularly and accurately.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years experience in any Sales related field.
- Highly motivated with strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- UAE Driving license is a plus.
- Past experience in any CRM is a advantage.
