JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Role Overview:
As a Property Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through buying residential properties. Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional advice and personalized solutions that meet clients' real estate needs. A successful Property Consultant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors, providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the property purchase process.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and value of available properties, offering insights into current market trends, property developments, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property tours, site visits, and detailed presentations to showcase developments, ensuring clients are fully informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to develop strategic campaigns and lead-generation initiatives that drive interest in new properties.
- Negotiate and manage sales agreements, contracts, and closing processes with buyers, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project milestones, timelines, and any relevant changes, fostering trust and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and client outreach.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate regulations, trends, and competition to offer informed advice and solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market research in CRM systems.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A valid real estate agent or broker's license, as required by local regulations.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, industry trends, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using property listing platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
