JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, facilitating property transactions, and contributing to the growth and success of our real estate company.
• Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Salary:
AED 1,000 to 1,000,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active real estate license in the applicable state.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using technology for property research, documentation, and communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
