Position Title: Property Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the investment companies in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:
- Support the Property Manager with the administrative functions associated with the position.
- Respond to tenant inquiries by phone and/or email.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs with Facility Management team.
- Develop and monitor rent collection processes on a timely basis.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
- Prepare lease summaries for new tenants.
- Preparing and update Property Management agreements and reports on a periodic basis.
- Process claims assignments and referrals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Open to Arab nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Real Estate industry
- Not less than 3 years of local experience in real estate mainly property management
- Fair understanding of Authorities System for contract attestation
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
