JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Leasing new vacant units
- Renewals of tenants contracts, ensuring proper timely renewals and payments are done
- Market survey and competitor analysis
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- Budgeting
- Keeping up-to date with all new property laws (RERA)
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must have a university degree with a experience in property leasing in UAE at least 4 years.
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Microsoft certified professional
MS office- word, excel, power point, outlook and access
- Arabic speaking
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
