JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for day to day operations, new leases, renewals, payments and process of existing leases.
• To prepare and send tenant’s inquiries for approvals, follow ups on approvals, negotiating with clients/management on rent deductions and payments.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and sending them to management on time.
• Preparing different notices to be dispatched to the building/tenants.
• Preparing the contract with individual stake holders and negotiating on services and charges.
• Online Ejari application and NOC preparations.
• Entering and updating the management system with new leases, renewals, payments…etc. ensuring it’s up to date.
• Following up on maintenance requests with FM team and making sure it is solved for any related maintenance issues for tenants/buildings.
• Coordinating with legal department by providing them with required tenant’s documents, preparing legal notices, payments break-down and following up on legal cases to update the Landlord, management and system accordingly.
• Following up on bounced cheques payments and ensuring it’s cleared within the deadline given by management.
• Maintain the filling system in a professional and orderly manner and review it as when required to ensure its effectiveness.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Graduation or equivalent.• Good Knowledge of property market.
• Excellent knowledge on social media platforms and facilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Experience working with customer support team.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
