Quest Search & Selection is working with a popular international Food & Beverage Company that are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the site management and leasing of the current brand portfolio across the GCC, based out of Headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

We ideally are looking for well-connected candidates with expert negotiation skills and market knowledge. This position is immediately available.

As the Property Manager for the Brand, your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for acquiring real estate for the company’s current and future brand portfolio as per the plans and budgets
• Manage relationships with developers, real estate consultants and key accounts
• Feasibility studies
• Pipeline Development strategy for the real estate portfolio - Master Plan

Profile expectations of an Ideal Candidate (Property Manager):
• Prepare New Restaurant Site Pack’s and feasibilities for new projects in conjunction with the Project Manager and Financial Controller
• New restaurant development
• Work with Head of Business Department to develop the real estate master plan for the region and ensure pipeline development is in line with these plans
• Prepare Market Maps and determine channel strategy in conjunction with the management
• Update and maintain the leasing trackers
• Participate in training programs, conferences recommended by the management.
• Assist the management in any tasks outlined/detailed by them.
• Maintaining company standards required by Law and governing bodies.
• Expert communication and negotiation skills

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
