JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Reputed real estate company in Dubai is looking to hire a Property Manager in addition to our outstanding team!
The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organize and accurate person
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Preference)
• Time Management skills
• Initiative and ability to think and resolve issues
• Excellent tenant/owners service by handling all complains and maintenance issues
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Passion to learn
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year experience in property management
• Knowledgeable in Real Estate laws, rules and regulations
• Ejari Registration
• Experience on Propspace PM (Preference)
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office applications word and excel
