USH Real Estate are currently looking for motivated, target driven individuals to join our team!
Your Role;
- Outbound calls to sellers/buyers
- Arranging market appraisals and photos for the listings
- Qualifying clients and conducting viewings
- Managing the negotiation process
- Understanding and meeting the needs of your clients
- Networking to build client base and local network
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies
- Keep up-to-date with the latest launches and projects
Requirements:
What we're looking for;- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, developers, latest trends and upcoming projects in the industry
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication, customers service and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build & maintain strong relationships
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Innovative and forward thinking
- Good knowledge of social media marketing tools
- Passionate and Results driven
- Driving license
