Property Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Property Sales Consultant to join our real estate developers team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the competitive real estate market. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional service, guide clients through the buying process, and contribute to the growth of our portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase available listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate property sales agreements and assist clients in the closing process.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, including pricing, trends, and emerging properties.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand professional connections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, property valuations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients succeed in their property endeavors.
