JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Will be primarily responsible for the sale of branded furnished apartments in Abu Dhabi.
- Role will be based in Dubai
- May require occasional travel to Abu Dhabi
- Russian language speakers will be preferred

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in UAE, including understanding of property pricing, trends, and legal requirements.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
