JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The property supervisor is responsible to ensure maximum occupancy of the property portfolio while delivering efficient property management service to the clients. He/she will be responsible to supervise the daily ground level operations and report to the Property Manager. The candidate must possess a positive attitude with strong leadership skills to guide the team through their challenges and mentor them to bring out the best in everyone.
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in any discipline (Masters in Business Administration preferred).
• A proven track record of property management & leasing experience is vital with a minimum of 3 years.
• Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
• Strong Communication Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
• Thorough knowledge of RERA rules and regulations and the industry practices in the UAE
• Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.
• Must possess a driver’s license and a car.
