JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to assemble complex proposals ensuring the highest standard of output.
Main accountabilities are:
• To work closely with our Consultants to construct proposals.
• To coordinate the information including research, visuals, written content and final editing, printing and collating.
• Ensure compliance with the Company branding and marketing standards.
• To monitor and report on all proposals under production, ensuring deadlines are met.
• To maintain databases of ongoing and past project information.
• Any other administrative duties that are required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to liaise and communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Flexibility in working hours as weekend working and out of hours maybe required
• Can do attitude and passion for the job
• Attention to detail
• Ideally have a proven track record in planning and executing proposals
