JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Public Relations

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand image and visibility in key markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor press coverage, create media reports, and analyze PR metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.

Marketing and Campaign Management

• Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand goals and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content, including visual and written assets, for digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and audience segments.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing

• Oversee social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics, track engagement, and optimize content based on insights.
• Collaborate with digital marketing partners to ensure alignment with paid campaigns, SEO, and digital ad strategies.

Event Coordination

• Support planning and execution of brand events, product launches, and collaborations.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure brand representation is on point at all events.
• Engage with stakeholders, customers, and partners to create memorable brand experiences.

Content Creation and Storytelling

• Assist in the creation of compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
• Ensure all brand communication reflects Swiss Arabian’s tone, values, and heritage.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in PR, marketing, or a related field, ideally within beauty, luxury, or fragrance sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting, press releases, and content creation.
• English and arabic speaker
• Experience with event planning, media relations, and influencer management.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the fragrance industry and regional market trends is a plus.
