JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Assist in managing sales and purchase activities related to chemicals and polymers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and purchase transactions.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients regarding products and services.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to fabrics, chemicals, and polymers.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Purchase Assistant, preferably in the trading of chemicals and polymers.
- Good exposure to and proper knowledge of fabrics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the UAE market and industry regulations.
