JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Researching potential vendors
- Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors
- Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
- Update internal database
- Stay up to date with industry trend and establish long term purchasing arrangements with vendors when its beneficial to the company
- Compare products deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Assist Procurement Manager

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors Degree
- At least 3 years experience in F&B Industry
- Excellent English Language skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely (written & oral).
- Strong team player
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to negotiate
- Strong interpersonal skills
