About the Client:
- A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.
Requirements:
Job Description:- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to contract negotiation and final purchase.
- Source materials, equipment, and services necessary for real estate development projects.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products and manage relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and product availability to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
