JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are a global trading firm specializing in wholesale distribution of perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products. We source premium branded products and supply them to wholesale distributors, retail chains, and regional partners. Our success relies on strong supplier relationships, commercial insight, and a proactive approach to sourcing and closing deals.
Role
You will identify suppliers, evaluate opportunities, and close deals that strengthen our product
portfolio. This role is critical to expanding our sourcing network and securing the best products and
terms in global markets.
Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and engage international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Close deals to expand the company’s sourcing network
• Work closely with sales to align sourcing with business targets
• Represent the company at supplier meetings and trade events
Requirements:
• 3–7 years in purchasing, supplier sourcing, trading, or other commercial roles (sales, business development, or similar)• Responsible and self-driven; takes full ownership of results and thrives working independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Confident, mature, and professional; able to represent the company with external parties.
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset: understands value, margins, and deal structure
• Professional appearance and presence
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
