JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Alliance Trading and Services FZCO, a Dubai-based commodity trading and consulting company and a subsidiary of Emiral Resources, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to join our team. Emiral Resources, an international group of companies with a 10-year history of success, specializes in mining exploration and production across Africa. With a team of over 1,000 professionals, the company offers comprehensive expertise in the mining value chain, including mineral exploration, production, operations, advisory, and engineering services.
Position: Purchasing Manager
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Managing the procurement of materials and equipment for the company’s mining projects;
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation and logistics of cargo, including customs clearance;
- Organizing tenders and RFQs in compliance with company policies;
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships;
- Overseeing document flow in the 1C ERP system;
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving and risk-minimization strategies;
- Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.

Requirements:
Required skills and experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong expertise in procurement and logistics operations;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the mining or oil & gas industry;
- Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken);
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with 1C ERP is preferred);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other business applications.
