Position Title: Purchasing & Storekeeper Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day restaurant operations
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specification
• Keeping inventory and stock records, as well as compiling records of expenditures/consumptions periodically
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationals
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B / Hospitality groups)
• Should be fully vaccinated
