At Guildhall we are supporting a new and exciting a wellness platform integrating proprietary technology, ancient wisdom, and community engagement to enhance mental and emotional well-being. Their AI-powered personal development coach, ENKI, guides users on their self-improvement journey.
We are seeking a mid-level Python/NLP engineer to enhance ENKI’s conversational AI capabilities. The role involves developing, fine-tuning, and deploying NLP models, implementing sentiment analysis, and integrating AI-driven behavioral tracking.
- Develop and fine-tune conversational AI models using SpaCy, Transformers, and Hugging Face.
- Integrate NLP capabilities for context-aware conversations and sentiment analysis.
- Build APIs for chatbot interaction with platform components.
- Deploy and scale AI models in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize structured conversations.
- Develop real-time data pipelines for user behavior analytics.
- Ensure chatbot performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Python development experience, focusing on NLP and AI.- Proficiency in conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow) and libraries (SpaCy, Transformers).
- Strong ML background with hands-on experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with API development and cloud deployment.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Passion for personal development and wellness is a plus.

Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
