JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
• Responsible for designing buildings to create unique and well-organized structures.
• Their duties include meeting with clients to discuss their vision, drawing up building plans and modifying their designs throughout the building process to maximize structural integrity.
• Responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration. Included are coordination with and responsibility for communicating with other disciplines
• Serves as liaison between the project architect, engineer, and contractor.
• Maintains daily log to reflect accurate records for all job-site activities and inspections; determines percentage of work completed and amount of materials used; reviews pay estimates for approval.
• Ensure compliance of architectural works to design requirements, specifications, and project plan.
• Preparing daily logs and reports.
• Maintain records of all submittals and testing inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc.
• Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
Requirements:
• Required to have 6- 8 years of extensive working experience in civil engineering and construction industry in the UAE with strong background in structural and architectural projects• Degree in Civil engineering or related field
• Knowledge in Construction and Project Management.
• Experienced in Quantity Surveying, Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Offices and Auto Cad
• Preferred some one with own Visa / freelance visa
• Must be available in UAE
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
