JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

G4S is currently looking for a QMS Manager based in the U.A.E. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management Systems (QMS) are established, implemented, maintained and audited. He/she will devise and establish the company’s quality procedures, internal standards and internal specifications.

The QMS Manager is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

• Transition the company’s ISO9001:2008 certification to ISO9001:2015.
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS & any need for improvement.
• Ensures clear, short, & relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, & objectives are provided & maintained.
• Support and guide managers & directors in the correct implementation of the QMS.
• Set up and maintain documentation control procedures
• Updates controlled documentation, and maintains revision history.
• Prepare clear explanatory documents such as Quality policy, Manual, Quality plan, SOPs, work flow charts, method statements, site instructions etc
• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization
• Schedules ISO/TS certification audit; interface with external registrar company and auditor.
• Plan and schedule Internal ISO/TS audit; maintains controlled internal audit schedule.
• Conducts yearly Internal Audit against ISO9001:2015 standard under the guideline ISO19011:2011
• Ensure that Quality internal audit findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented.
• Apprise management of Quality audit findings and corrective actions taken.
• Supervise and direct QMS section staff reporting to this position and ensure the timely and accurate completion of QMS tasks.
• Facilitates corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Verifies corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Reports status to management.
• Plan, conduct and analyze annual customer feedback survey.
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data from branches and producing statistical reports;
• Collect and prepare data for management review meetings.
• Follow up review on the decisions of management review meetings.
• Support Bids and Tender department to prepare QMS documents for pre-qualification and Tenders.
• Provide continuous awareness training of ISO 9001:2015 to G4S employees

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
• IRCA Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
• Minimum 5 years experience in QMS with 2 years in a similar management role.
• Excellent knowledge of QMS, HSE and EMS and other associated Quality systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio and Igrafix
• Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Six Sigma Certification and Project Management Certification is an advantage
