JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Quality monitoring and confirmation to standards with respect to powder coating and fabrication
• Reporting and analysis of QA/QC policies.
• Should have experience of working in Powder Coating Plant.
• Coordinate with production team to meet customer demands.
• Certification of QMS system.
• Confirming Auditing standards like QUALICOAT/QUALINOD.
• Identification and rectification of defects in incoming material.
• Monitoring and confirming the safety arrangements.
• Production and process control.
• Familiarity with lab tests like bend test, cross hatch test, titration, impact test.
• Process the work with management policies.
• Material arrangement and quality control of intake raw materials.

Requirements:

• Should have experience of working in powder coating plant
• At least 2 years middle east experience
• Quality Control
• In line process control
• Profound knowledge of industry standards and adeptness in quality control processes
