JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

OVERALL POSITION OBJECTIVE

To do the civil BOQ , Site measurement , costing and rate analysis for all the CP and concepts projects .

DO - Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQs, Estimates and Budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements.
• Preparation of monthly cost and value reports.
• Project cost monitoring and control.
• Review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares Bill of materials / quantity take off / variations if any.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
• Thoroughly study shop drawings and as built for final project account statement and final bill of quantities.
• Sourcing, negotiating, finalizing & approving the contractors along with Senior Project manager / Project manager.
• Prepare claims for variation and time extension.
• Confer with the responsible supervisory personnel for the projects Contractors, and finalize Payment Certificates of contractors.
• Report loss of revenue or concerns with project budget.
• Prepare necessary documents required for invoicing, variations, claims on regular basis.
• Helping Project team for material pricing and rate analysis.
• Ability to manage the multiple projects of CP and concepts
• Ability to travel to different territories for Civil / MEP bill certification work
