JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Immediate Requirement
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a proven background within a Main or Sub Contractor. You will be expected to take responsibility for the cost & value of projects including the negotiation valuations & final accounts for projects.You will need to have had experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree qualified
You will have 2+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
Strong working knowledge of contract documents, construction practices & techniques.
Flexible & professional approach to work, self-motivated, confident & organized.
Sound IT skills
