JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based diversified group of company providing outdoor spaces and event solutions within the Middle East
Job Description:
• Review construction plans and specifications to develop cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare and monitor budgets for civil engineering projects as well as reports on project costs and progress.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors.
• Manage changes to construction plans and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering
• Knowledge of construction estimating software
• Must be experienced with construction contracts
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
